When did you start WOTOWN?

What sports or fitness things did you do before WOTOWN?

I played sports in high school, but didn’t really workout before Wotown

How did you find WOTOWN? What was your first workout?

I remember Tres asking me something like, what would be important to have in a gym that would allow me to go. Childcare was main thing for me

What’s your “why” for working out? 

My health and my kids

What’s your favorite thing about WOTOWN?

The people and when we do competitions like The Open, Goblin Games, Murph.

What are your hobbies?

Working out is my main hobby but I love to fish when I have time.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I went to Nursing school

What PRs or accomplishments (fitness-related) are you most proud of?

I would say I’m most proud of my 280 squat clean and my 215 squat snatch. I love doing the Olympic lifting we do.

What’s on your fitness bucket list?

I would love to hit a 225 squat snatch and a 300 lb squat clean

What’s on your general bucket list?

I would love to go sky diving. Travel to Rome, Scotland and Ireland.

What advice do you have for people new to WOTOWN?

Stick with it on the days you really don’t want to come. Do what you can do in a workout. I mean really, I have never regretted doing a workout.
