After two years of trying quick fixes, diet fads, and short stints of going to the gym I decided to make a lifestyle and mindset change. I joined a community of people who want you to succeed. I started learning how to have a healthy relationship with food. I started seeing progress in what I could do in the gym and by default how it was changing my body.
So many days I just wanted to give up because I wasn't seeing the results I wanted, but it is a slow progress and it doesn't happen overnight. You don't put the weight on overnight, so it won't come off overnight. This gym didn't let me quit and helped me build sustainable habits that compounded results over time.
I recently finished my 500th workout at WOTOWN FIT. I have never been at a gym this long, but couldn't imagine not being here. Get out of your comfort zone and start moving. They take care of the rest!
