During goal setting consultations with your coaches, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect on your progress, identify areas for improvement, and set new objectives for the future. Whether you’re aiming to improve your endurance, increase your flexibility, or conquer a new fitness challenge, our coaches are here to help you every step of the way.

So what do you want to improve this year? Do you want to FINALLY get double unders? Have you noticed that your cardiovascular endurance isn’t where you want it to be and you would like to see yourself be able to push harder deeper into a workout? Or would you like to see yourself attempting the RX weight in the Open next year? We can come up with plans for this via 1:1 skill sessions, accessory programming for Open gym/home gym, or give you some markers to go by in your group classes.
